Your account details (name, email, and sign-in provider), the models you upload and their slicing results, your orders, and basic technical data such as IP address and browser sent by your device.
Why we use it
To generate estimates, produce and ship your orders, send order status emails, keep your account secure, and fix problems with the service.
Who we share it with
Only the providers we need to run the service: hosting, email delivery, payment, and shipping. They may process your data only on our instructions. We do not sell your data.
How long we keep it
Uploaded models and slicing results are kept while your account is active so you can reorder. Order records are kept as long as accounting and tax rules require.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, or have your account and files deleted. Contact us and we will act within a reasonable time.

We use cookies that are needed to sign you in and keep your session. We do not use advertising cookies.
