Using RapidLayers
RapidLayers is an online 3D printing service. By uploading a model, requesting an estimate, or placing an order you agree to these terms. You must be able to enter a binding contract to order.
Your files
You keep ownership of the models you upload. You grant us the licence needed to slice, quote, print, and ship them. You confirm you have the rights to the files and that printing them is lawful.
Estimates and orders
Estimates are generated automatically from the sliced model and are indicative until an order is confirmed. We may decline or cancel an order that is unprintable, unsafe, or priced in error, and refund anything already paid.
Printing and delivery
Printed parts are made to the geometry and settings you submit. Dimensional tolerances, surface finish, and colour vary by material and process. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.
Payment and refunds
Orders are payable in the currency shown at checkout. If a part arrives faulty or does not match your order, contact us and we will reprint or refund it. We do not refund parts that print as submitted.
Liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for how printed parts are used. Our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version published here when you place an order is the one that applies to it.
